When will I receive my order?

We ship all small orders using Sendle Standard (3-8 days) or Priority (1-4 days). 

Do you ship Internationally?

At this point we only ship internationally to a group of regulars. But if you send us an email to  info@other-side.au, we will try our best to accomodate.

Can you grind my beans for me?

We sure can simply choose your grind preference when making your purchase and that’s how you’ll get it!

How do I brew my Coffee?

Each of our coffees has the recommended brew methods that we suggest for that particular coffee. If you’re after a different brew method, get in touch and we’ll help you out, info@other-side.au

How can I stock your Coffee?

We’d love for you to stock our coffee. Please reach out to us at info@other-side.au and we’ll help you out!

Are you on on Public Holidays?

We’re generally open all public holidays for restricted trading hours. Will advertise these hours on our Instagram pages. 

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, we aim to cater for allergies. If there is something you require outside of the menu please let you our staff know and the Kitchen will do its best to accommodate your needs.
